    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Chris, and he provided pretty good customer service. The floorboard was dirty, one of the reverse lights was out, and the vehicle was rattling when I got it. I was approved the same day, and I currently have an appointment to bring it in to have those problems fixed.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Gerard, and he was nice. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but it broke down a couple days after I got it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I had to bring my car in to get the oil changed. It was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were okay. My car is running fine today. Overall my experience was neutral, because I was mislead about a brake problem.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1996 Buick LeSabre. I recently brought the vehicle in for service on the vaccumm holes, it took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, but when we put the vehicle in reverse the motor jumps. Overall I rate this experience neutral because the vehicle still has issues.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was beyond positive. Chris was my salesperson and he was just fantastic with everything. The vehicle was very, very clean and in good condition when I drove it off of the lot and I was approved before I even walked in. The only thing I noticed is the car might need an allignment.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for the battery. It was in the shop for three hours. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. The staff were bad. They didn`t know what they were doing. I told them a week before that I needed a battery and they still didn`t have it when I came in. Then they put a battery in that was too small for the car. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was negative because of the staff.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My salesperson was Brandon and he was excellent. The car was in good condition when I got it. The needle in my temperature went out and the speakers do not work. It took a couple hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall I had a positive experience . Willy was my salesperson and he was really good.When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition and it was clean. I am not having any problems with the vehicle today. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Ram. J.T. was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected wasin pretty good shape when I received it. It took just a little while for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle is in the shop now to be re programmed. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because it wouldn`t start--the mechanics told that I was having some computer system problems. It took over a week to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was fine. My horn does not work and that is the only issue with my car at this time.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought the vehicle in because I need to get an oil change. It took 1 hour for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. The knob for the heat control is stripped so it`s not secure. I would rate the customer service a 10. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Cougar. I brought it in for new tires. It was there for about an hour and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was excellent. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought it in for the brakes. It was there for about 7 hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff inside was really good, but I wasn`t too thrilled with the head of maintanence because when I called to talk to him about the problems he treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was great, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My sales person was Chris. I was there about 2 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. The door light stays on, and I talked to them the other day but it went off after that. The light came back on today again but I haven`t called them back. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.
