 | I own a 2001 Ford Expedition. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

My car was clean and in good condition when I received it. It is doing outstanding today. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in because it was jerking. It was in the shop a few days. He said he couldn`t find anything wrong but he replaced the plugs. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. The staff were ok. I have had to bring my car in 3 times but other than that. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson sat on the left as soon as you come in, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I had came in a few weeks earlier and got a letter saying I was approved, and the vehicle looks like it`s been wrecked, and there is an issue with the horn also. The staff was real good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in because the motor was blown. I brought it in on October 14th and was not able to pick it up until November 1st because I didn`t have the money. It was actually done within a week. They did a remarkable job. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were very remarkable. I recommend everyone to go there. When I picked up the car, I could smell antifreeze. I called Manuel and he said that it was probably spray. The check engine light is on but it runs fine. I have not had a chance to take it there yet. Overall, my experience was positive. It was great.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 35 or 40 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The signal lights keep going out, they tried fixing it before, but it keeps going out. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. Overall I had a negative because the same problems keep popping up on the vehicle. I told the staff the last time I was in about the noise I was hearing, but they didn`t do anything about it. I brought my car in for a tune up and the service was slow. I didn`t have to pay anything because my car was under warranty at the time. I did recieve paperwork for the service. I am still having the same problem with the vehicle today.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for brakes, rotors, and wiper repairs. They had it for a couple hours while they were working on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle that I know of.
