    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice to me, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Silverado. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. The job took a little while. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great--they were fine. There are no apparent problems with the car at this time.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in to repair the power steering belt. It took about a day to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. However, I have recently started hearing a loud rattling sound in the car. I called about the issue, but no one has gotten back to me about it yet. Overall my experience was neutral because no one has returned my calls about the new issue with the car.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for new tires, and it took about a week. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Currently, the vehicle has a high idle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. I took my vehicle in to have the engine replaced. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork. It took 9 days to be repaired. I am having problems with the vehicle making loud noises and they can`t tell me what they are. They said I may need to replace the transmission. The staff is friendly but overall my experience is negative due to the problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection. It took about an hour to complete. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was fantastic as always. There are some front end problems and the heat switch is going out. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I bought my car from Andrew, and he was good. I was approved for the car that day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but when I went to work the car wouldnt crank up right. I am going to take the car to the service center tomarrow to see what the deal is. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Ford Escort. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about forty five minutes. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were fine. I have to take it in , the check engine light is on. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in for work on the front axles. It was not covered under warranty and I could not afford the work rignt now so nothing was done to the vehicle. I would have paid a fair price if I would have had the work done. I received paperwork on my visit. The customer service was good. The staff did what they could. Currently the car is having the same problems since there was no work done. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I bought my car from Jerry, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but the gas gap light is on. The car is running good, but I think the transmittion is slipping. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN L100. My salesperson sat in the second office on the right side, and she was fantastic. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. I was there a total of four hours. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, but the day I test drove it the check engine light came on. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was netural, because my purchase took about five hours during the time that I was at the dealership. I do not think that my long wait had any thing to do with the guy that sold us the car. I actually had to wait becuase the orignal guy that I was suppose to see was in a meeting. That guy is alwyas in a meeting. I have delt with J.D. Byrider before and this is the only experience that was not as good as the others. My sales person was tall, male, and African American. I was there for about five hours, and I am not happy about that. My vheicle was good when I bought it, but my 02 sensor went out later. The service department fixed my vehicle, so I do not have any more problems with it.

I brought the car in because the sunroof did not close correctly, the driver`s side door did not unlock with the key, and because there was a slow leak in one of the tires. It took about an hour to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The staff were nice. Currently there is still a slow leak in the tire. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought it in for the alternator. It was there for 3 hours and I have to pay for it. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.
