    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about twenty minutes. The service was not under warranty, I did not have to pay anything. I did get paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were great. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get new wheel berrings. The staff members treated me good while I was there and they had me car less than one day. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it showing the work that they did. Today my car is running alright for me.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 10 minutes to complete. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was great. The brakes, the heating are messed up and the car doesn`t accelerate very well, it doesn`t want to shift gears. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new air filter. It took a day to fix. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great--they were nice. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2008 GMC Jimmy. My salesperson was Tyrone. The customer service I received was great. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. I am having a problem with the transmission slipping into first gear. It took about 1 1/2 hours to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Angie sold me the car. The car is in very good condition. There might be an issue with the brakes and I smell something burning. The process took a day. Angie was gracious and effecient so was Terry. They took care of my needs. As a minister I didn`t feel pressured and they gave me time. I had heard so many stories about Byrider. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick Park Avenu. My wife took the vehicle in for an oil change. I`m not sure how long it was there. It was covered under warranty. I did receive a receipt. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. I just replaced the power steering pump. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Neon. My experience was positive. Felicia was my salesperson. My car wasn`t clean when I got it, and the brakes were squeaking. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The brakes are still squeaking, and the oil light is on.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a timing belt, and the work was done in about five days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.
