    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Cavalier. The vehicle was recently brought in for service on the power steering pump, it was there two or three days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehic;e`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was ok I guess, and the vehicle has the same exact problem now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because I have brought the vehicle in four times for the same problem.

    I own a 1996 GMC Sonoma. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about thirty mintues. The service was not under warranty. I did get paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were alright. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes or less. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated treated me wonderful, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was good and clean when I got it, but the brakes are giving me a problem. I have to take it to the service center tomarrow. My salesperson was Vince, and he was good. My overall experience was neutral because the problems I am having with the brakes.

    I own a 2002 SATURN Other. Rich sold me the car. The car was great condition. At this time I have no current issues. The process took from 2 to 8,30 and it was a little long. Someone had backed their truck into my car while I was there. The staff was absolutely nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for an oil change. It didn`t take long at all to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was very good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. My car was in for the radio fixed, the weather seal replaced and they replaced the driver seat. They had my car for about two hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were wonderful. My car is doing great today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for transmission work, and it took about 2-3 weeks. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us wonderful, and currently the power steering and brakes need looked at.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because my car was leaking oil and I needed to get some wiring done to it. They had my car in the shop for about two days and the staff members treated me good. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

    I own a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voya. I brought my car in for the side cover on the transmission cover. It took about 2 1/2 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good, they just took too long to do everything. The brakes are still messed up. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because it stopped on me. The issue took about a week to resolve. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. My experience was neutral because the truck was two and a half quarts low on transmission fluid when I got it back from the service center. I took my truck to the service center for a water pump, and the work was done in about four days. My warranty covered the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was alright. My truck is running well at this time.

    I own a 2001 Ford Expedition. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with it now. Tatum was my salesperson and he was excellent. I was approved for my car the same day.
