 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me. I need to have a new gear shift ordered, and the driver side window needs to be fixed.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Clay was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on, and the idle is too low.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because the battery had to be replaced. It didnt take long for them to do it and get the car back to me. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about two hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in for a lot of things. It was in there for a day. They wanted to keep it another day or two to fix the tie rod but they didn`t have another car for me so I had to take it back. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork. The staff were ok. They were not the greatest. I still need the tie rod fixe.d Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and the staff.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because the air wasnt working. I got the car back that same day, but I am still having the same problem. They told me they had to order a part but I am not sure if they did or not. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. The staff treated me nice. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I brought the vehicle in because it was overheating. It took 1 day for it to be repaired.
It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. When I took the vehicle in to be repaired they broke my grill and the car is jerking. The customer service I received was wonderful. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was David and he was great. The car was in good condition when I got it. The brakes are really squeaky and loud. It took about 3-4 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. My sales person was Wayne. I was there from 11 until a little after 4. The car was in good condition when I got it, but it didn`t have enough oil in it and it was giving off a burning smell. The tires are rubbing also, but it drives fine I think. I have not talked to them about either issues yet. The staff was pretty good and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in to get a belt changed. The service was completed quickly. I had to pay a fair price for the service. I did receive a receipt. The staff was very helpful. I have to bring the car back to get the oil changed, and ask why it keeps shutting off. Overall I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. J.T was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. We were there two to three hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehilce has no problems with it today. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because it was shaking and the brakes were squealing. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I brought it in today for the same problem. Overall, my experience was negative because I keep having to bring it in for the same problem.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jeff, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Ram. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Tammy. Her service was great--I was really pleased. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. But now I am having some issues with the transmission--it keeps jumping gears. I need to take it to the shop soon.
