 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. It took about an hour to complete. It was covered under warranty. I think I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. I brought the car in for an umber of things. It was quickly serviced in the same day, and I only had to pay $25, which was a fair price. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was very nice. Currently my horn doesn`t work and I`ll have to bring it in soon.

 | I own a 2004 Mercury Sable. I recently had a key made for my car. The service was very quick. I had to pay a low fee for the key. I did receive a receipt that day. The staff was wonderful. My car is running good today. Overall I had a positive experience.

The vehicle is still under warrenty, and I left with all the proper paperwork once the service was complete. The staff was fine, and treated me well. My car is running fine, and all in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for a oil change. The service was quick and the staff was great! My car was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay anything for the oil change. I did recieve paperwork for the servce. I am having a problem with the engin light , it keeps coming on so I need to have the car looked at.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. It took about forty five minutes to complete. It was covered under warranty. I did not receive paperwork because the copy machine was broken, but they told me I could come back in to get it. The customer service was pretty good. Currently there is a leak in the power steering. Overall I would say my experience was neutral because there have been complications with the car ever since I got it.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I worked with a shorter female with brown hair and she did a good job helping me find the right car. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. While I was there the staff members treated me good and they had my car done quickly for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have the battery replaced, which was done in about 25 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me. The check engine light is on, and it seems like the car wants to stall when I am at a stop.

I was approved same day for the purchase of the vehicle, and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when i picked it up. The vehicle is still doing great today. All in all, I would rate my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET AVEO. I have brought my car in six times to get the window fixed. Sometimes it would take as long as a week to get it serviced. It wasn`t under warranty, but I never had to pay anything. The staff was okay, even though they never fixed my car. Today, im still having problems with my car. Overall i`ve had a negative experience, because of the same issue.

 | I own a 2004 Ford F-150. My experience was positive. Eric was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on.
