    I own a 2003 KIA RIO. Overall my experience was very positive. I worked with Anthony and he did a very good job working with me. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had any mechanical problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Dakota. The salesperson that I worked with was Matt and he treated me well. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The vehicle is already in the shop for a leak and the check engine light is on again. Overall my experience was neutral because of the car problems.

    I own a 1999 KIA Sportage. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took less than half an hour to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Grand Marq. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kelly, and she provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, but the seat was still a little messed up. I was approved the same day, and currently my vehicle is shifting gears funny.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center because the radiator had to be replaced. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay two hundred and fifty one dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. The transmittion is starting to slip. The staff was nice and polite. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. My salesperson was a average height black man. The customer service I received was real good. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. I think the vehicle needs a tune up because it misses a little when I start it up. It took about 8 hours for me to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. Overall my expereince was positive. I needed an oil change, and an inspection. I could not my first appointment due to the bad weather. I did not like the attitude of the guy at the desk. The guy said that I would have to call the 800 number to reschedule the appoinment. I think that the staff should be more flexabile with there scheduling rules. When I scheduled my new appointment, the staff told me that I could not be late to it. As I was sitting at the service department waiting on my oil change, I saw a women walk in who was five miniutes late to her appointment. I thought to my self, What is this? My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a timing belt. The work was done in about two or three days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was wonderful, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced for me. The vehicle was under warranty and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. We brought the vehicle in because it was idling rough like it wanted to stall. They had it for a couple of hours while they were working on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us very good, and the vehicle is still idling rough. We are taking it back in tomorrow to have it looked at.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in for the fuel control censor. It took all day to get fixed. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was kind of bitchy and said I caused the problems to the car myself. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. Rob was the salesperson that I worked with and he was great to me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I applied. I have not had any mechanical problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Ford Windstar. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for a right lower control arm and ball joint. The work was done in about an hour. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really nice to me. There is a clunking noise in the front end of the van, and the service engine light is on.

    I own a 1999 Ford Ranger. My car was in for the water pump. They had my car for about two hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. the employees were great. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.
