 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was neutral, because the staff made a mistake during service. The staff fixed my vehicle, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My vehicle needed work on the engine, becuase it had gone out. My vehicle was in the shop for about two weeks, and my service bill was fair. I currnetly do not have any problems with my vehicle, and staff mistakes that they mad during service.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Dakota. The new vehicle that I recently purchased was in great shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Matthew. It took about two hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems that I know of now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in for the brakes and the battery was dead. It was there for a day and a half and the service was covered other than my $25 deductible. I think they should have replaced the battery before they gave me the car, I have only ahd it 4 months. I don`t think it was fair that I had to pay anything at all. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was ok and the experience was neutral because when I walked in, it took them 10 minutes to greet me and ask me what I wanted. I was also upset because I tried bringing it in for this problem before but they kept telling me nothing was wrong.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about one hour. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. The employees were alright. There are no problems with my car today. The only problem I had was they did not top off my fluids and I had to take it back. My experience was neutral, because they did not top off my fluids.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change , and I found out that my back breaks were bad. I did not have to pay for the oil change, but I did pay for the breaks. I recieved paperwork for the service. The staff was great as far as customer service. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle today.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 15 minutes to complete. My service bill was fair, and I received papework. The customer service was good, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job, and every thing went good during my oil change.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a split bearing. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend Jd Byrider in the future and there are no current problems with my vehicle.

They had my car in the shop for about two hours and the staff mebmers treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

I brought the car in because the check engine light was on. It was not a quick service and I had to sit for about 2 or 3 hours. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was alright. The check engine light is still on.
