    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. My car was in for wheel bearings replaced and a oil change. They had my car overnight, I picked it up the next day. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were great. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 SATURN VUE. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sean, and he was great. My vehicle needed some cleaning on the inside, but was in good running condition. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and I was approved the next day.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. I bought my car from Shawn and Tod, and they were good. I was approved for the car that day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but I have to get the brakes changed. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Intrepid. I took the car to the service center because a hose on the radiator had to be replaced, and the dash lights were flickering. The car was there for a couple of days. I had to pay three hundred dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I dont think I should have had to pay since that was a major part of the car. I think it should have been covered under warranty. I have to take the car back soon so they can put a chip in it. The staff treated me nice and polite like always. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Vince, and he was good. He did what he had too to get me in a car. It didnt take long to get approved for the car but it was hard for him to get back in touch with me so it took about a week. The car was nice and clean when I got it, and I am not having any problems at this time. The car is running good.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. My car was in for a oil change. They completed the service quicky. The service was under warranty. I did get paper work. My car is making a jumping noise now and skips. The employees were fine. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Ron, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I got it, but the signal lights fade in and out. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced for me. It was under warranty, and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was wonderful. I have no current problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral because I have problems with my car and they told me they were going to fix them. Now they are telling me that they are not going to fix the problems. I want them to fix my car. My sales person was Jeremy and he did an alright job for me. It took about six hours to get approved for the car. When I got my car it was running good and clean for me. Today my car is having problems but it is doing ok.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with the transmission. It was quickly serviced for me, and I have to pick it up tomorrow, so I don`t know if they`ll give me a receipt or not. My car was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. The customer service was great and there are no other problems with the car to my knowledge.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Mercury Cougar. I took my car in for a new battery and an altenator. It took a day to fix. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did not recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car now. My overall experience was neutral because there is a little shaking in the car and they can not tell me where it is coming from.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. My salesreps were Tyrone and Steve. The customer service was ok. The car was dirty and dusty when I received it and it was not in good condition. The inside was vacuumed. I am having problems with not being able to locak and unlock the vehicle when I`m inside the vehicle. It took about 4 hours for me to be approved. My overall experience is neutral due to the problems that I am having with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. I recently brought the vehicle in for service with the clutch, it was there for four days for it to be completed. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, but after I picked it up I noticed a long scratch on the driver side dooe that was not there when I dropped it off. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. My experience was positive. Felicia was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van within about three days. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The van has been stalling out.
