    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car into the shop because my back window needed fixed, my brakes were leaking, and my coolant was leaking. They had my car in the shop for about one week and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. J.J. was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Duwanna sold me the car. Teh car is in pretty good condition. The fluids were all low when I bought the car. We do have an appointment for later. My daughter has been checking the fluid levels but the engine light continues to be on. The staff was nice and polite. My experiencence was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for a water pump, and they also had to fix the front driver side power window. The work was done within a couple of days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really nice to me. The van is due for an oil change.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 KIA Spectra. Overall my experience was neutral because I feel like they really didnt make an effort to help me get my car. They were supposed to call and order some parts but they never called me back. I took my car into the shop because my engine light was on and my trunk would not close. They had my car in the shop for about three hours and the staff members treated me nice. The work done was under warranty and I did not get paperwork with it. Today my car is still having problems but it is running fine.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the battery was dead. It took only a few minutes to replace the battery. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff`s service was great. I was really happy with it. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My car was in for spark plugs, oil change, the boxes and rotation of tires. They had my car for a few hours. The service was not under warranty. They did give me a receipt. The employees were excellent. The car is pulling to the right now, I think it needs to be balanced. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for brake work, and it took about an hour. I do not remember if we had to pay for the work, but we did receive paperwork with the service. We love the staff up there, and there are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jason, and he provided fine customer service. Everyone provided us wonderful service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and the service department also has done a great job for us.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET 1500. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center to have the battery replaced, which was done in about 30 or 45 minutes. I paid about $25 or $35 for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great, and my truck is running alright now.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. My vehicle would not go into reverse so I had to take it to the shop. It took a couple of days to repair it. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The customer service was good. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET S-10. I brought my car in to fix the doors and censors. It took about a day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine. The transmission and the pan cover are both leaking. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. My salesperson was Vincent, and he was excellent. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The whole process took a day. I was happy about that. The car was in great condition when I bought it, and I am not currently having any problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jared, and him and the rest of the staff provided excellent service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle. My experience was very, very, very positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I had to take my vehicle in because the transmission was slipping and the heater was not working. They had the vehicle one day to complete the repairs. I had to pay out of pocket and I think the priced was fair. I did receive paperwork. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle right now. The customer service was great. My overall experience was positive.
