    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get the check engine light fixed. They had my car in the shop for about six hours and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get a receipt with it. Today my car is having some problems and I have to take it in to get fixed.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However there is something wrong underneath the hood, maybe with the engine. And sometimes I can open my trunk with the key and button. The staff overall was really good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 15 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff loves me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was completley quick. I didn`t have to pay anything for the service because my car was under warranty. I did receive paperwork for the service. I am not having any problems with the vehicle today. The staff was good as far as customer service.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SW1. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 25 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was excellent. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 SATURN SL1. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 15 or 20 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really good to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I worked with Steve on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a good job helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. The vehicle was clean and running well when I picked it up, nd the car continues to run great. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I brought it in for a noise on the right hand side. It was there for a week and it was covered. I did get a receipt but I think there is a problem with teh transmission now. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there was good and the experience was neutral because this is the fourth or fifth time it went in for the noise.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Blazer. My salesperson was Mike and he was good. The car was in okay condition when I got it. The CD player ate my CD, the control panel on the driver side door is not screwed down properly and the window on the drivers door has a nitch in it, the drivers side blinker is alot faster than the passenger side, when I accelerate to a stop, it accelerates slowly, and the radio works without the ignition being on. It took all day to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because it was time for me to get an oil change done to it. The staff members treated me good and they had my car done quickly for me. The work done was done under warranty and I did get paperwork showing the work that they did. Today my car is running fine for me.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it wouldn`t start. It was quickly serviced and I had to pay a fair price for the service. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great as always. Currently, I have to get my breaks fixed, and there are no other problems with my car.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 KIA Sephia. I brought my car in for transmission leaks. It took about 4 days to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay but it was a struggle to get a radio put in after it was stolen from me at JD Byrider. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems with my car and the situation with the radio.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for the ignition cylinder. It took a few hours to get fixed. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.
