    I own a 1999 GMC Safari. I took the car to the service center because there was a radiator leak. They were real good abought getting the car back to me that day. I had to pay a hundred and fifty some dollars for the work they did, but they gave me a receipt showing what all was done. I have to take the car back in because there is a transmittion leak. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about an hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was pretty good to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2000 Lincoln Town Car. Jim was the salesperson that I worked with and he was cool with me. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it. I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 GMC Sonoma. I had to bring my vehicle in to get the fuel pump replaced and it took a day. I paid $35 and got a receipt afterwards. The staff were great to me and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back. Overall my experience with the service was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Ben, and he was real friendly throughout the process. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The passenger side door sticks a little, and said they would take care of that for us.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Ben, and he provided awesome customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, except for a rock chip in the wind shield. I was approved the same day, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Lincoln Continenta. I brought my vehicle in to get the brakes looked at. They were rubbing and making noises and I got it back that same day. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were great and I have already noticed the exact same problem is still going on now. Overall my experience was neutral because the brake problem wasn`t fixed.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside and in a good running condition when I firt got it. My headlight is out and I am taking it in tomorrow. Steve was my salesperson and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Dakota. I took the car to the service center to have the brakes on the car replaced. I got the car back the same day, but it still wasnt done right. All the work that was done was covered under warranty. I got a receipt back, but they have it logged in the computer too. I am still having the same problem. I have taken it in four times already and they still havent found the problem. The staff treated me fine. Overall my experience was negaitve because they cant get the car working right.

    I own a 2003 SATURN L200. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Andrew, and he provided awesome customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was postive. I brought the car in to get a new transmission and it was serviced in a week and a day. I did not have to pay anything because it was covered by warranty, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and there are no problems with my car now.

My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Ford Ranger. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because of the warranty, and I was offered a receipt. The customer service was great as usual and there are no problems with my car now.
