    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for a couple of hours. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work, they were having computer problems, they said they would mail it to me. The employees were fine. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I worked with Mike on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did an o.k. job. My car was in fairly good working order and was clean when I picked it up, but there were some issues with one of the tires, involving the lug nuts, and those had to be fixed and replaced. As of today, the vehicle is not doing well, it is terrible in fact; I have it in the shop at this time. I was approved for the purchase of my vehicle same day however, and over all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive; customer service wise, they always make sure I have my vehicle repaired.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger, black man and he provided pretty good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford F150. My car was in for the check engine was on. They had my car for about six hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were great. The car was back in the shop today for the check engine light, they needed me to leave it and I was not able to, I am going to have to take it back in. My experience was neutral, because my car is not fixed.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was DeMarlon, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the vehicle is burning a lot of gas and the window on the drivers side sticks sometimes.

    I own a 1999 Jeep Grand Cher. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Marlon, and he provided wonderful customer service and he helped me out alot. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the next day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My car was in for it was cutting off on me and it was not pulling. They had my car for about two days. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were alright, I did not have much contact with them. My car was is back in the shop today for the exact thing. My overall experience was negative, because my car is not fixed

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. I worked with Mike when purchasing my vehicle, and he did a really good job working with me. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up. I currently have the vehicle in need of a tail light repair. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Plymouth Voyager. I worked with Marlon on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did not do a very good job taking care of me. He was not up front with me from the very beggining as far as my down payment was concerned, and it continued to go up and up until it almost more than I could afford. The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up, and the folks in the finance department had many mix ups with my paperwork and contact information, resulting in the eventual repossesion and towing of my vehicle; I have gotten the vehicle back, but because of poor practices on the part of the towing company hired by JD Byrider, the brakes are now not working properly on the vehicle, and I have to bring it back into the shop to have it repaired. I consider my experience negative because of the way I was treated not only by the sales staff early on, but also by the folks in the financing department.
